1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and WordCraft ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the WordCraft mobile game and any related services.

By accessing or using the Game, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
• Agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. License to Use the Game

2.1 Grant of License

The WordCraft name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of WordCraft. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Game may be used by us freely and without obligation to you.

5. In-Game Advertising

WordCraft is a free-to-play game and is supported by advertising. By using the Game, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Advertisements may be displayed during gameplay, including interstitial ads (full-screen) and rewarded video ads (optional).
• Rewarded video ads are always optional. You choose to watch them in exchange for in-game benefits (hints, coins, etc.).
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
• Ad content is governed by the respective advertiser's terms and policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The Game will meet your specific requirements.
• The Game will be continuously available or error-free.
• Any errors or defects in the Game will be corrected.
• The Game is free of viruses or harmful components (though we take reasonable precautions).

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WORDCRAFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:
